BWCSI, a fully owned subsidiary of Baxter & Woodman, Inc., was formed to assist municipal clientele with a variety of technology issues, and is staffed by dedicated team members with a passion for true service. We understand and have an extraordinary ability to attend to the unique technological business needs of municipalities. BWCSI is academically and practically trained in the design, fabrication, maintenance, development, installation, and training of municipal technology applications, and is broken up into three primary departments.
